  • Shipping Costs: The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part. In such cases, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label.
  • Packaging: Please package the item securely to prevent damage during transit. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for returns, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

4. Refunds and Exchanges
